Our most intensive and fully-realized performance opportunity for students 13+! A complete rehearsal process culminates in 4 performances on stage at Mt. Lebanon High School.

Rehearsals begin in September
Performance dates: Thursday, February 11 , 2027 – Saturday, February 13, 2027

Inspired by a true story
When the world stood still …They came together!

Come From Away is based on the true story of the time when the isolated community of Gander, Newfoundland, played host to the world. What started as an average day in a small town turned into an international sleepover, when 38 planes, carrying thousands of people from around the globe, were diverted to Gander’s airstrip on September 11, 2001. Undaunted by culture clashes and language barriers, the people of Gander cheered the stranded travelers with music, kindness, hope, resilience, and the recognition that we’re all part of a global family.

Inspiring, heartwarming, powerful, refreshing, engaging, thoroughly entertaining! With a flexible cast size and endless possibilities for creativity and storytelling , Come From Away is guaranteed to be a show for audiences to remember.
